How do I determine if cancellation is possible?

Most plans can be canceled, however, certain stipulations apply. Please review your agreement to find out the cancellation details for your particular protection plan. If your plan is cancellable, you can initiate the cancellation online or call us at 1-800-742-7896.

How long does it typically take for a cancellation request to be processed and completed?

Upon submission of a cancellation request, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the request to be processed once all required documentation has been received. Following the completion of the processing period, the refund will be disbursed to your designated dealer and subsequently applied to your outstanding loan balance, or alternatively, refunded directly to you.
